Lekha Sapra

Lekha provides human resources (HR) support for EngenderHealth’s country operations worldwide, including leading recruitment, preparing HR policy manuals, designing salary scales and compensation structures, conducting compensation surveys, facilitating training, and managing employee engagement and reward and recognition initiatives. She brings more than 20 years of experience supporting public health programs, including over 10 years of experience providing international HR assistance for EngenderHealth. Lekha earned a master of business administration focusing on HR and marketing from the Birla Institute of Technology in India.
