Elena Kupina, ACC, CEC, is an accomplished Executive and Leadership Coach with extensive experience across various coaching roles since January 2020, including positions at Skillsoft, MindGym, SkillCycle, Level Up International Coaching Group, and Engenious. In these roles, Elena has focused on facilitating leadership development, enhancing executive presence, and guiding professionals through organizational changes. With a foundation in quality assurance and sales management prior to coaching, Elena has also founded a coaching group and emphasizes strategies for improving workplace performance.
