Santha Nandakumar

Santha Nandakumar is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach at Tandem since January 2024. Previously, Santha held various leadership roles at Capital One, including Director of Software Engineering for Servicing Strategy and Card Servicing, overseeing multiple high-performing teams and driving significant revenue growth through technology modernization and product development. While at Movius, Santha led engineering teams to expand product features and market presence post-Series D funding. Additional experience includes roles at PRGX Global Inc., Lavante, Inc., and earlier positions that focused on SaaS product development and operational excellence. Santha holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Master's degree in Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
