Thomas Cwetna

Thomas Cwetna has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. From 2003, they worked at Engent, Inc. as a Production Manager, where they effectively managed production activities and personnel. Additionally, they were responsible for modifying production schedules based on customer demands and addressing equipment and personnel challenges. Thomas performed various managerial activities, including staffing and conducting performance reviews. Thomas also engaged in sales support and regularly communicated with customers. Furthermore, they reviewed customer data packages and suggested design improvements to facilitate manufacturing and reduce costs. Thomas ensured that customer specifications and materials were processed correctly and procured product-specific tooling. Thomas played a crucial role in the development and implementation of an internal quality control system. Prior to Engent, Inc., Thomas worked at Siemens from 1998. Thomas served as a Project Manager and was the primary point of contact for customers during the installation of electronic component placement equipment. Later, they worked as an Application Engineer, where they actively engaged with customers and trained them in equipment programming.

Thomas Cwetna attended General H.H. Arnold High School in Wiesbaden, Germany from 1988 to 1992. Thomas then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Clemson University from 1992 to 1997.
