Chelsea L.

Chelsea L. has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Daycare Provider Assistant at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Chelsea then worked as a Sales Intern at Michael Kors in 2008 and as a Summer Intern at LUMAS in 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they served as a Language Consultant at Cornell University's Center for Teaching Excellence. In 2010, they worked as a Development Intern at The Jewish Museum. Chelsea joined Google in 2011 as a Recruiting Coordinator, supporting the hiring process for the General & Admin Staffing Organization. Chelsea then held multiple roles at Google, including Administrative Business Partner in the Search organization, People Operations Specialist in Talent Programs & Events, and Program Manager/Product Lead in Developer Education. In 2017, Chelsea became the Chief Operating Officer at BlindData, where they managed all business operations, business development efforts, and marketing strategies. Chelsea recently joined EngFlow in 2023 as the Business Operations Manager, and eventually transitioned into the role of People Operations Lead in 2024.

Chelsea L. graduated from Cornell University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In 2016, they earned a certificate in UX Design from General Assembly. Additionally, they attended Universidad de Sevilla in 2010, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in History and Art History.
