Andrew Chan is currently serving as the Head of Legal - Corporate & Energy at ENGIE Australia & New Zealand since May 2020. Prior to this role, Andrew held various legal positions within the company, including Head of Legal at ENGIE Services - Australia & New Zealand. With a background in corporate, energy, and resources law, Andrew has also worked as a Senior Associate at Allens and gained experience in global projects at Baker Botts LLP and Baker & McKenzie. Andrew's legal career began as a Solicitor at Jackson McDonald, where he focused on corporate and commercial matters. Additionally, he has experience in international compliance coordination at Woodside Energy. Andrew holds a Master of Laws in Commercial Law from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Laws with Honors in Law and Accounting from Murdoch University.
