Mark McGillivray is an experienced professional in digital governance and change management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Digital Governance at ENGIE AU since November 2021, where oversight is provided across Simply Energy's digitisation journey. Prior to this role, Mark held various positions at Simply Energy, including Business Project Manager, Credit Collections Manager, and Credit Collections Specialist, contributing to significant technology upgrades and transformations. With a strong background in collections strategy and process improvement, Mark has also worked with IBM Global Process Services, The Probe Group, Oracle, Origin Energy, and ANZ, leading efforts to enhance operational performance and strategic consultancy. Mark holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.
