Prior experience at Yarra Valley Water as Communications Advisor focused on creating communications strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. Earlier roles at The Australian Red Cross Blood Service involved organizational development and HR support, supplemented by a strong educational background that includes a Master's in Business Management and various certifications in behavioral science and communication.
