Currently serving as Business Capability Manager at ENGIE AU since February 2023, Rabia previously worked as a Business Analyst at Simply Energy and founded Flute on Canvas, a SaaS enterprise focused on enhancing customer engagement through AI technology. Rabia's extensive tenure at Cochlear involved various roles including Digital Customer Experience Lead for Australia New Zealand, where strategic improvements were initiated across multiple digital platforms.
