Benedikt Winter

Benedikt Winter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the energy and competition law sectors. Since August 2009, Benedikt Winter has served as Senior Legal Counsel at ENGIE Deutschland AG, where expertise in legal matters is applied. Prior to this role, Benedikt Winter worked as a Scientific Associate at EWeRK - Institut für Energie- und Wettbewerbsrecht in der kommunalen Wirtschaft from October 2002 to July 2009. Educational qualifications include completing the Referendariat at Kammergericht Berlin and achieving the 2. Staatsexamen from 2005 to 2007, as well as obtaining the 1. Staatsexamen at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin between 2000 and 2002. Additionally, participation in the Erasmus-Programm at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna occurred in 1999-2000, along with studies at Technische Universität Dresden from 1997 to 1999 and the University of Konstanz from 1996 to 1997.
