Bob Nadaga

Bob Nadaga is an accomplished credit operations manager with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, currently serving at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since January 2021. In this role, Bob is recognized for leading projects that integrate savings groups to enhance the accessibility of affordable solar energy. Prior to this, Bob held various roles at Fenix International, where significant contributions included the development of PAYGo solar innovations, the design of customer scorecards, and strategies to improve customer repayment rates. With a strong academic background including a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor’s degree from Kyambogo University, Bob possesses a robust skill set in project management and customer finance.
