Cecilia Manu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the energy sector, particularly focusing on renewable energy solutions in Africa. Currently serving as the Head of Mini-Grids and Projects-Tanzania and Head of Business Development-East and Central Africa at ENGIE Energy Access since May 2020, Cecilia has a proven track record in advocacy, stakeholder management, and boosting commercial activities. Previously, Cecilia held positions at Off.Grid:Electric, Engie-PowerCorner, SolarAid, d.light, and The Coca-Cola Company, demonstrating expertise in sales management, project leadership, and community engagement. Cecilia holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Enterprises Development and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Dar es Salaam.
