Fleur Kayihura's work experience includes serving as the Head of Commercial at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since September 2023. Additionally, they served as an Executive Associate at AFRITECH ENERGY Ltd from June 2013 to March 2016, as a Project Manager at the Embassy of the Rep. of Korea from June 2011 to September 2013, and as a Programme Associate at UNDP from January 2008 to January 2009.

Fleur Kayihura earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Tshwane University of Technology. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication at La Rochelle Université, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
