Fleur Kayihura's work experience includes serving as the Head of Commercial at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) since September 2023. They have been responsible for providing clean energy solutions in Africa and aiming to impact 20 million lives by 2025. Prior to this, Fleur worked at Skol Brewery Ltd Rwanda as a Field Manager for Trade Marketing and later as the Sponsorship and Event Manager from March 2019 to the present. They also held the role of Managing Director at LaFleur Cuisine from January 2016 to 2020. Before that, Fleur worked as a Project Management support consultant at UNIDO from April 2018 to February 2019. Additionally, they served as an Executive Associate at AFRITECH ENERGY Ltd from June 2013 to March 2016, as a Project Manager at the Embassy of the Rep. of Korea from June 2011 to September 2013, and as a Programme Associate at UNDP from January 2008 to January 2009.
Fleur Kayihura earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Tshwane University of Technology. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Communication at La Rochelle Université, completing it from 2012 to 2014.
