Cheryl Welch Hastings

Cheryl Welch Hastings is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in both internal and external strategic communications. Currently serving as Head of Global Commercial Communications at Nutrabolt since March 2024, Cheryl has previously held key roles including Director of Internal Communications at NOVAVAX INC and Manager of Internal Communications at McAfee. Cheryl’s background includes significant positions at Intel Corporation, where responsibilities included leading merger and acquisition communications, and providing consultancy services as Principal Consultant at Hastings Communications. Earlier roles at Geiger Associates Inc. and Texas Instruments involved project management and communication strategy development. With a foundational career in journalism at Denton Publishing Company, Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of North Texas, complemented by minors in Business and Political Science.
