At ENGIE, they held various roles including Zonal Manager, Zonal Technical Team Lead, Head of Technical Operations, and currently serves as the Head of Operations (supply chain, technical & procurement).

From 2004 to 2008, Mariot Kalanje Jr. attended the Dar-es-Salaam Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.ENG) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication. In 2010, they briefly studied at Synel Industries in Yokneam, Israel, focusing on Advanced Security and the Harmony Workforce Management System.
