Mineh Maina

Mineh Maina serves as the Country Head of Commercial and Customer Finance at ENGIE Energy Access Africa, overseeing strategic sales development, credit risk management, and P&L performance since July 2023. Previously, Mineh held the role of Country Head of Customer Experience in Rwanda, focusing on enhancing customer service practices and establishing contact center infrastructures. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Experience Coordinator at Springboard Capital Ltd, where Mineh mapped customer journeys and improved interdepartmental collaboration. Earlier, Mineh worked for Family Bank Ltd in various capacities, including Assistant Manager roles in Business Club and Platinum Banking, Call Centre Supervisor, and Operations Officer. Mineh holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management from Moi University and a certificate in Accounts from Pinnacle Business School.
