Carole Bouchet

Carole BOUCHET is a professional with extensive experience in human resources management and training coordination within various sectors. Currently serving as Chef de projets SIRH at ENGIE GREEN since November 2021, Carole focuses on HR process mapping and the coordination of SAP Success Factors and onboarding projects for the Renewable Energies Business Unit. Prior experience includes roles at Printemps as Coordinateur formation, where Carole oversaw the implementation and administration of training modules and managed the training budget, and at SETEC and Domusvi, where Carole developed training programs and handled budget management. Carole holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master 2 in Management des SIRH from IAE Montpellier and a Master 1 in Sociology from Université Évry Paris-Saclay.
