Olivier Broche

Olivier Broche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, construction, and business support management in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Directeur Ingénierie et Construction at ENGIE Green since March 2021, Olivier oversees up to 40 wind and solar projects annually and manages a team of around 100 collaborators across France. Previously, Olivier held the role of Directeur Business Support at ENGIE Green, managing multiple expertise areas and processes with 80 team members. With a strong background in industrial performance improvement at ENGIE, and prior consulting roles at Capgemini Consulting and Accenture, Olivier has developed significant expertise in project management, operational performance, and strategic transformation across various industries. Education includes a Master's in Project Management from HEC Paris and an engineering background from Télécom SudParis.
