Lucia Strippoli

Lucia Strippoli has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Business Partner for PA&BtoT and Corporate Functions at ENGIE Italia since April 2012. In this role, Lucia oversees HR Performance, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Administration, among other responsibilities. Prior to ENGIE, Lucia held various HR positions at Shell from January 2007 to March 2012, including Payroll Manager and Head of HR Admin. Furthermore, Lucia began a career in HR at Siemens, where roles included Payroll & Admin Supervisor between January 2003 and December 2006.
