Xavier Jaspar

Xavier Jaspar has extensive work experience in various organizations. Xavier currently holds the position of CTO - Energy Management Systems Program at ENGIE, where they are responsible for developing and delivering energy management products for the company's customers. Prior to this, Xavier worked at Laborelec in different roles, including Head of Delivery - Digital Business Line, CIO Laborelec, Head of Analytics & Digital labs, Technology Manager, and Signal Processing & Telecommunication Expert. Xavier also worked as a Scientific Collaborator at Université catholique de Louvain and McGill University. Xavier has a Ph.D. thesis in telecommunications from Université catholique de Louvain, where their research focused on information coding. Xavier started their career as a Software Engineer at Vtrade, where they were responsible for IT management and developed publishing software packages.

Xavier Jaspar pursued their higher education at the Université catholique de Louvain. From 1998 to 2003, they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Applied Mathematics and Electricity. Xavier continued their academic journey at the same university, completing a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Engineering from 2003 to 2007.
