Caitlinn Cushnan is an Organizational Learning & Skills Specialist for ENGIE Middle East, a position held since December 2024. Prior to this role, Caitlinn served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Compass Project Consulting from June 2023 to December 2024 and worked as a Teacher at Engineers To Be from January 2023 to June 2023. Caitlinn's experience also includes a Camp Counselor position at Ecoventure from December 2020 to June 2023 and a Learning Support Assistant role at Jumeria Baccalaureate School in 2021. Education includes a BA Honors in Business Management from Middlesex University Dubai, expected completion in June 2023, and ongoing CIPD qualifications, set to be completed between August 2024 and January 2026. Earlier education includes studies at GEMS Education from 2016 to 2019 and Sacred Heart Grammar School Newry from 2012 to 2016.
