Brooke Justice

Brooke Justice, MLS, currently serves as the Director of Contract Management at ENGIE North America Inc. since October 2025. Prior to this role, Brooke managed construction contracts at Williams from 2008 to October 2025, overseeing regulated pipeline and facility projects across the United States, coordinating onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring legal compliance. With a management focus on large-scale projects with budgets ranging from $2M to over $100M, Brooke has demonstrated expertise in leadership roles, contract negotiation, and operational supervision. Educational credentials include a Master of Legal Studies in Energy and Natural Resource Law from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, a BBA in Oil and Gas Management from New Mexico Highlands University, and ongoing studies at Harvard Business School since 2018.
