Dave Carroll

Dave Carroll serves as the Chief Renewables Officer and Vice President - Head of Grid Scale Renewables at ENGIE North America Inc. since August 2020, following a role as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Procurement and Construction at Savion, LLC. Prior experience includes Vice President of Engineering & Construction at Avangrid Renewables, where significant cost savings were achieved and over $1 billion in annual revenue was managed. Carroll held the position of Senior Director of Engineering & Construction at EDF Renewable Energy, overseeing major renewable energy projects, and also contributed as Chief Technology Officer for the MENA region at Q-Cells SE. Entrepreneurial experiences include leading Online Clean Energy and Point Development Group, alongside foundational roles at Taylor Ball. Educational credentials encompass an MBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a BS in Mining and Minerals Engineering from Virginia Tech.
