Mafalda Couto

Mafalda Couto is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in project management and employee development. Currently serving as HR Manager for the Still Wines & Distribution Divisions at The Fladgate Partnership, Mafalda specializes in HR project development, focusing on employee retention and employer branding initiatives. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for African Markets at PROEF GROUP, where Mafalda developed climate surveys and managed recruitment processes, and HR Coordinator for Grupo Monte in Angola, responsible for establishing the HR team.
