Cyril Harry

Cyril Harry has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Gas Asset Regulation & Analysis at ENGIE since January 2008, responsible for global energy management. Previous roles at ENGIE include Senior Balance Engineer and Balance Engineer within the Global Gas & LNG Branch, focusing on gas portfolio optimization and management. Prior to ENGIE, Cyril worked as an Analyst at the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie, addressing non-interconnected electric power systems and public service obligation costs. Additional experience includes roles as an Energy Consultant at Cabinet Métrol, Project Manager at ADEME, Offshore Wind Projects Manager at Espace éolien développement, and Project Engineer at Vergnet SA. Cyril holds an MSc in Power, Propulsion, and Aerospace Engineering from Cranfield University and an Engineering degree in Energétique et Propulsion from INSA Rouen Normandie.
