Hamid Menkari

Hamid Menkari is currently the Head of ETSG North Africa at ENGIE, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Hamid served as a Project Development Engineer at ENGIE Services U.S. from January 2018 to December 2019 and at OpTerra Energy Services from April 2017 to January 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Project Development Engineer at Ameresco from September 2015 to April 2017 and at Next Step Living, Inc. from January 2011 to September 2015, where positions included Lead System Designer and Solar PV Design Engineer. Hamid holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed between 2007 and 2013, and attended Lycee Moulay Youssef from 1996 to the present.
