Seshni Naidoo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering & Technical Support for Southern Africa at ENGIE since January 2021, Naidoo previously held key roles, including Head of Technical Oversight and Support for the Africa Business Unit and Technical Advisor for the Engineering and Technical Support Group at ENGIE. Prior to joining ENGIE, Naidoo worked at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd, progressing from Engineer in Training to Senior Engineer, focusing on asset management, reliability optimization, and technical support for plant operations. Naidoo holds an MBA from the University of Cape Town, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from Cranefield College, and a B.Sc Engineering (Hons) in Chemical Engineering from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
