Cynthia Judy

Cynthia Judy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic support within various organizations. Currently serving as a PMO Strategic Support Analyst at Tria Federal since August 2023, Cynthia previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at GovernmentCIO from May 2019 to July 2023. Additional experience includes working at SAIC as ES PMO Support from April 2008 to May 2019, and as an Analyst at the VHA ESM Office between 2008 and 2010. Earlier in the career, Cynthia served as a Senior Consultant at Technology, Automation, and Management (TeAM), Inc. and as a Consultant at MHS (AHLTA) from 2006 to 2008. Other roles include Site Training Coordinator at Unisys (2004-2006), ALTHA Trainer at Tek Systems (2004-2005), and Corporate Coding Consultant at Humana (HMHS) from 1998 to 2004.
