Thomas Dale

Thomas Dale possesses a robust background in partnerships and business management, demonstrated through a progressive career in various leadership roles. As Vice President of Partnerships at Engine, Thomas has previously held pivotal positions at Deel, including Director of Product Partnerships and Manager of Global Channel Partnerships. Early career experience includes roles at Brex as Channel Manager and Channel Associate. Thomas is also a co-founder of ListValet and the founder of E-Turn Services. Academically, Thomas earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Utah State University's Jon M. Huntsman School of Business and completed high school at Highland High School.
