Jody Bhagat

Jody (Jaideep) Bhagat is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as President North America at Engine by Starling since September 2025, Jody leads initiatives for a cloud-native technology platform designed for banks and credit unions. As a Forbes Finance Council Contributor since February 2019, Jody has authored multiple articles on data-driven personalization, receiving the Forbes Editor's Choice award. Jody co-founded and serves as an advisor at Valexy Energy, focusing on industrial solar microgrids, and acts as an advisor for OneDigitalTrust, a software platform for estate planning. Previously, Jody held significant leadership roles at Personetics, McKinsey & Company, US Bank, Citizens Financial Group, Wells Fargo, and Providian Financial, specializing in digital transformation, sales strategy, and customer experience. Jody holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
