Monique Guimond

Monique Guimond is the VP of Capital Formation at Engine Ventures, having previously served as Chief of Staff at The Engine. Prior to her time at Engine Ventures, Monique was an Associate at MIT Sloan School of Management while pursuing her MBA. She also has experience as an Operations Lead at MASS Design Group, a Public Health Researcher at the Ugandan Ministry of Health, and a Research Intern at INFANT Foundation. Monique has a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in International Health from Georgetown University.
