Frank Duque

Frank Duque has been with Engineered Tax Services for over eleven years and was a high-producing Sr. Engineer for the Cost Segregation Department.

Frank was promoted to Sr. Quality Control Engineer – Team Lead in 2021 and now has recently been promoted to Sr. Manager of Engineering for the Cost Segregation Department.

Frank has over 12 years of in Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Design for various firms and over 10 years of Cost Segregation with over 1,000 completed studies nationally of all types. Frank is well-traveled nationally and is familiar with all Building Types and Types of Construction.
