Teresa Sewell brings over 23 years of Quality Assurance (QA), production, and project management experience to her role as Vice President of Corporate Operations. She utilizes her military background and technical knowledge to develop strategies for efficient internal processes, enhanced quality and functionality, and implementation of day-to-day operations within the corporate headquarters. Sewell served in the U.S. Air Force for over 8 years as an air traffic control radar technician and then became a Senior Software Engineer at a Fortune 500 company. She transitioned to QA and project management for an educational services company and another Fortune 500 corporation. She joined ECS as QA Manager in 2018 and was promoted to QA Director in 2020. Sewell values the importance of working closely with the leadership and all of the ECS team members to produce results-driven global training products and services. Sewell holds a bachelor’s degree in professional aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and earned her master’s degree in business administration at Cardinal Stritch University.
