Dee Johnston CMHRNZ has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a background in strategic HR business partnering and workforce planning. Currently serving as People Experience Manager at Engineering New Zealand Te Ao Rangahau, Dee previously held roles at Tonkin + Taylor, Griffin's Foods Limited, and various other companies in New Zealand. With a BA Hons in Industrial/Organisational Psychology and Communications from the University of Canterbury, Dee also holds a Certificate in Employment Relations from Massey University.
