Polina Dolganovskaya Wilson

Polina Dolganovskaya Wilson is an experienced professional in human resources and people experience management, currently serving as the People Experience Manager for the Americas at ResMed since January 2021. Polina has a strong background in leading organizational change initiatives and managing the employee lifecycle in shared services. In addition to this role, Polina operates a career coaching business, assisting clients in securing their desired employment, and is a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previous positions include People Director at Unruly and Global Director of Talent and Organizational Development at RGI Home. Polina holds a Master’s degree in Social-Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, along with other relevant certifications and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
