Rachel Oliver is a seasoned professional in the engineering and environmental sectors, currently serving as the Designer III - OH Distribution QA/QC Lead at ENGINEERING PARTNERS, INC. since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Distribution Designer - Production Team Lead at NV5 and various positions at Asplundh Construction, where responsibilities ranged from planning to project coordination. Rachel's background also encompasses an environmental inspection role with the City of Oceanside and a focus on energy conservation at the City of Chula Vista. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Starbucks and a temporary role as a Conservationist I with the California Conservation Corps.
