Lara Jasovic

Lara Jasovic is a Recruiter at Engineering Software Lab Serbia since September 2023, responsible for executing recruitment and selection activities in collaboration with various HR professionals and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders while prioritizing candidate and employee experience. Previously, as a Talent Sourcer at Luxoft Serbia from September 2022 to May 2023, Lara sourced candidates through various channels, screened applications, and supported the recruitment team with administrative tasks. Lara holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Belgrade and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from MEF Fakultet za primenjeni menadžment, ekonomiju i finansije.
