Kody Holyoak

Kody manages the logistical and financial efforts provided on ES3’s engineering programs. He provides support that includes economic analyses, program schedule development, implementation support and any other efforts needed to implement the desired solution(s). He has extensive knowledge of USAF’s Improved Item Replacement Program (IIRP) procedures. Kody has over 13 years of experience assisting the USAF with implementing their engineering efforts. Kody has a BS in finance and an MBA with an emphasis in accounting, both degrees from the University of Utah.
