Carl Crosby

Senior Program Manager at Engineering Support Personnel

Mr. Crosby joined ESP in 1998 as an Electronics Technician where he helped support the P-3 Orion Contractor Operations and Maintenance contract at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. Mr. Crosby begin assisting with Business Development and proposal writing during his first two years at ESP and was assigned as a Program Manager in 2001.

Prior to 1998 Mr. Crosby had a successful 24-year Naval career as a Tradevman (TD) and P-3 Orion Flight Engineer Instructor and NATOPS evaluator with over 4,000 flight hours. He also has over three years of experience as a civilian Technical Writer and Subject Matter Expert supporting the P-3 Orion training program for the US Navy.

Since joining ESP, Mr. Crosby has been assigned as the Program Manager for numerous ESP efforts to include COMS, CIS, CETS, Nuclear Regulatory Commission and civilian training programs throughout the United States and the Pacific Rim Theatre. He works closely with ESP’s Business Unit in identifying new opportunities and assisting with cost estimates and proposal development.
