Anika Kaushik has a diverse work experience. Anika started as an Academic Tutor at The Tutoring Center Franchise Corp in 2019 and held the position until 2021. In 2021, they became the Co-President of Engineering World Health. In 2022, they worked as a Supply Chain Management Intern at Avery Dennison for two months. Anika also had multiple roles at Georgia Institute of Technology, including being a Peer-Led Study Session Leader and a Student Assistant at the COVID-19 Testing Lab. From 2022 to 2023, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and a Learning Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology. Currently, they are a Process Engineering Intern at Kimberly-Clark, starting from 2023.

Anika Kaushik completed their high school education at Fred J Page High School from 2017 to 2021, earning a High School Diploma. Anika is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to graduate in 2025.
