Tara Bushman

Tara Bushman is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in environmental and recycling program management. Currently serving as the Manager of Communications at Engineers and Geoscientists BC since October 2020, Tara previously led program communications at Product Care Recycling, developing comprehensive communications plans and managing various media initiatives for multiple recycling programs across Canada and Washington State. Tara's earlier roles include Program Coordinator at EarthShare Washington, where significant increases in volunteer engagement and donations were achieved, and Park Ranger for the City of Bellevue, designing educational programs and leading outdoor activities. With educational credentials including a Master's degree in Environmental Policy and Management from San Diego State University and ongoing studies in marketing and digital marketing, Tara exhibits a strong commitment to effective communication and environmental sustainability.
