Heidi Theelen

Heidi Theelen, PMP, CEP, currently serves as the Practice Lead of Organizational Excellence at Engineers Canada / Ingénieurs Canada since November 2015. Prior to this role, Heidi held the position of Manager, PMO & Business Excellence at Alterna Savings from March 2002 to November 2015. Educational qualifications include a Certified Excellence Professional III (CEP) in Quality from Excellence Canada, completed between 2004 and 2008, as well as a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology and Materials Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, earned from 1999 to 2002.
