Kim Bouffard

Kim Bouffard is a professional with a background in community health promotion, youth advising, global education, and market engagement. Currently serving as the Manager of Belonging and Engagement at Engineers Canada, Kim leads a team in equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives and strategic program development. With previous experience as an Outreach Manager at the Canada Green Building Council and various other roles in diverse organizations, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.
