Clare Morris

Clare Morris is an experienced civil engineer and associate director at McAdam Design Ltd since September 2020, where expertise encompasses leading integrated project teams on large-scale infrastructure projects across various domains including Public Realm and Renewables. As a Chartered Civil Engineer with Engineers Ireland, Clare founded the inaugural Engineers Week in 2024 and serves as a mentor. Additionally, as Club President of Belfast Toastmasters Club, leadership focuses on enhancing public speaking and personal growth among members. Previous experience includes project management for the National Trust and technical delivery roles at AECOM, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Queen's University Belfast.
