Imelda Flattery

Imelda Flattery is an experienced professional in Human Resources, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Engineers Ireland since November 2019. Previous roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at AFRY and various positions at Mylan, Boston Scientific, and other organizations. Flattery has managed comprehensive HR activities for significant international teams, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition and HR management. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Applied Employment Law from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, an MA and BSc in Management from Trinity College Dublin, various degrees from Technological University Dublin in HRM and Marketing Management, and Chartered Fellow status from CIPD. Additional training includes a part-time certificate from the National College of Art & Design in Visual Arts Practice.
