Natalia Zrzymołka

Natalia Zrzymołka is a Junior Recruiter at EngineerX, where they have been since October 2021. Prior to that, they were a Human Resources Trainee at EngineerX from October 2021 to June 2022. Natalia has also interned at Universal Baumarkt from April 2021 to May 2021, and at the Notary Office Jacek Służewski from July 2018 to August 2018. In their current role, Natalia is responsible for recruitment and selection, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, CV screening, selection evaluation, leading job interviews, making the professional profiles of candidates, onboarding and training new interns, and working closely with the Business Manager and HR Manager.

Natalia Zrzymołka has a Master of Science in Management from Solvay Business School (VUB). Natalia also has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. In addition, they have certification from University of Geneva in Understanding Financial Markets and from International Business Management Institute (IBMI) in Basics of Project Management. Finally, they have a certification from University of London in Brand management: Aligning Business, Brand and Behaviour.
