Duncan MacRae currently holds multiple leadership roles, including Head of Performance, Quality & Risk at Copart UK Limited since March 2021, and Head of Business Strategy & Transition at Hills Motors since July 2019. Since April 2018, Duncan has served as Head of Network Management at Engineius and has been with The Automobile Association Ltd since March 2003, where Duncan holds the position of National Operations Manager, overseeing national operations and the Contractor Network Management Team, as well as the AA National Police Vehicle Recovery Schemes across the UK and the Dealership Quality Standards Programme.
