Homam Baamer

Homam Baamer, CCP Prosci®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network management and culture transformation, currently serving as the Head of Network Management and Head of Culture Transformation at Abdul Latif Jameel since January 2018. Prior to this, Homam held positions at Toyota Motor Corporation as Marketing Planning ICT and progressed through various roles at Abdul Latif Jameel, including Service Marketing Planning Manager and Service Field Operations Representative, among others. Homam began a career with a foundational role as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at SAUDIA AIRLINES and has gained diverse experience in marketing and engineering through roles at KAUST, XO Advertising, and Saudi Aramco. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from King AbdulAziz University.
