Chris Highton

Chris Highton has extensive experience in cricket coaching and analytics, currently serving as the 2nd XI Coach & Head of Analytics at Derbyshire County Cricket Club since February 2021. Highton also holds roles with the England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB) as the Head Coach for the England Physical Disability Squad and Skills Coach for the England Hearing Impaired squad. Previous positions include Interim Head Coach for the England Physical Disability Squad, Performance Analyst for various disability squads, and coaching roles at Lancashire Cricket Club and Wigan Cricket Club. Highton has a background in Human Resources and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Studies from Liverpool Hope University.
