Esther Jones Russell

Esther Jones Russell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles related to sports, inclusion, and translation. Currently serving as Senior Manager Volunteering at the England & Wales Cricket Board since November 2022, Esther also contributes as a Trustee at Refugee Legal Support. Previous positions include Head of Policy for Social Inclusion at Fare Network Ltd and Co-Chair at The Festival of Football, a non-profit initiative celebrating women's and non-binary involvement in football, which won the Fans for Diversity Award in 2019. Additionally, Esther worked as a Global Project Coordinator and Eastern European Development Officer at CAFE: Centre for Access to Football in Europe, and held reporting roles with the International Skating Union and Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee.
